Beech Cottage is a 300 year old, self-contained wing of a Grade II listed rectory. The cottage retains many original features including barrelled ceilings, gothic-style windows and exposed beams. Situated at the end of a private drive, it is in a secluded setting with private garden and parking. Perfect for peace and relaxation.

SITUATION The cottage is situated on the edge of Ashwater village, which boasts a pub (good food), church (Norman origins) and Post Office/Stores (sells most things). We are 7 miles from Holsworthy, 10 miles from Launceston (ancient capital of Cornwall). We are only 5 miles from the A30.

THINGS TO DO Beech Cottage is perfectly placed for easy access to the beach or to Dartmoor. Roadford Lake is less than 5 miles away and offers sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and good fishing. Golf and horse-riding are widely available in the area. National Trust properties, Rosemoor Gardens and The Eden Project are all easy day trips. There is an abundance of theme type parks for families. There is so much to see and do that you will have to come back time and time again!

ACCOMMODATION Beech Cottage comprises a large living area with colour TV and log-burning stove. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There are three upstairs bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunkbeds. Bathroom with shower over bath, W.C. and hand basin. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and centrally heated. PRICES
Prices rangefrom £200 a week in low season to £600 per week in high season.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
