The extremely popular destination of Padstow, with its picturesque harbour, is 7 miles from your door, renowned for its selection of Rick Stein’s quality fish restaurants. Across the river by ferry is Rock, which is popular for all water sports, and an amazing golf course. The popular tourist destination of Newquay is a short drive down the Atlantic Highway and offers four different beaches including the world class Fistral. Newquay deservedly takes the crown as the surfing capital of Britain; you can also find a number of family orientated beaches along the coast too.

Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the first floor, reached via cottage-style stairs you will find the spacious bedroom with double bed, and a compact twin bedroom.
Outside the accommodation is a pleasant lawn area and patio with garden furniture. The garden is circled by a stream that meanders past the property. There is also an enclosed paddock available across the road, an ideal play area for accompanying children.
