INTRODUCTION An Edwardian family home with three guest rooms accommodating six guests. The beds are luxurious and comfy and a separate downstairs living room and sun lounge is available. There is a garage for cycles or wheelchairs although all rooms are at first floor level. With the facility of a guest living room, there is TV, Video, DVD, books and games available.

SITUATION Seaton forms part of the Jurassic coast alongside Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Portland Weymouth, Bournemouth and Poole to the east, and Sidmouth, Exeter Torquay and Plymouth to the west. Seaton has a variety of shops and we are two minutes from the seafront.

THINGS TO DO Seaton has a mix of shops and restaurants, also a holiday camp where there is a gym and swimming pool for visitors' use. There is a tram for sight seeing and also day trips of interest. Local transport facilities are first class. There is a also a nature reserve. The area is well known to walkers, with unrivalled views.

ACCOMMODATION We have a double room ensuite, and a twin bedded room ensuite with lounge area and a connecting twin room - ideal for a family. Both main rooms have colour television and tea / coffee making facilities. Separate smoking area provided. At the moment, there is a large shared bathroom with shower and bath but also a downstairs wc.

MEALS A full English cooked breakfast with cereals, fruit juice and toast is included in the price. Any extra meals can be provided by request at extra cost. A menu is provided for breakfast and guests are asked what their requirements are the night before if possible. We do not cater for special diets or vegetarians at the moment.

PRICES
Prices are for 1 person. King size £30 Twin £25. We are offering an inclusive 3 day Christmas special to include breakfast, dinner, light supper or lunch with mince pies, etc, at £200 per person. Arrive Christmas Eve 24th December until 27th December.
Deposit 20% at time of booking, balance on arrival
