INTRODUCTION The cottage is a most impressive character barn conversion situated between Camborne and Hayle and includes many stunning features. The kitchen is hand built using wood, granite and slate, and includes a gas Aga cooker.

Gwithian, boasting 3 miles of sandy beaches, is on its doorstep, and there are two popular golf courses nearby.

Ideal for romantic Winter breaks with a cosy woodburner and central heating.

SITUATION The Barn is situated in a very attractive village just off the A30 in an exclusive courtyard development. Khelland is between Camborne and Connor Downs, very well placed to explore Cornwall. There is a McDonald's in Hayle, together with Paradise Park, pubs and bowling. Camborne also has pubs, Karting and many old tin mines dotted around the outskirts. Gwithian beach 4 miles. St Ives is 11 miles away.

THINGS TO DO Hayle Towans and Gwithian beaches on are only a five minute drive away, and there is Praa Sands on the south coast. The galleries at St Ives, particularly the Tate, are wonderful. Exploring the smaller coves and sheer cliffs can be breathtaking. Paradise Park, Hayle Bowl and Forsters Pottery are all just a few minutes drive away. There are games and toys in The Barn plus a selection of DVDs for all the family. Country walks, cream teas, pasties are in abundance.

ACCOMMODATION The Barn is beautifully converted with a spacious lounge and archway into the kitchen. Double bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Gas central heating, washer / dryer, microwave, convector oven, toaster, fridge / freezer.

BBQ, extensive range of kitchen equipment. Polished granite worktops, beams and exposed granite wall, barn doors, antique sink and taps. Slate floor and lovely farmhouse table.

Two TVs, DVD player, radio, alarm / radio. Safe in master bedroom.

Quilts, bed linen and towels provided.

Low season £350 per week, high season £550
Change over day Saturday
