An explorer’s base

Penryn is a great base to explore all West Cornwall has to offer and there are plenty of things to do in the and around the town. Penryn Museum is housed in the town hall and provides a fascinating insight into the past of this historic town, or if you’d prefer a thrill during your holiday in Cornwall then Kernow Wake Park is great for testing out your wakeboarding skills.

If you prefer your holiday in Penryn to be a much slower pace, then Enys Gardens is a must-visit, or why not catch a water taxi down the Penryn River to Falmouth? Once in Falmouth, a world of possibilities are open to you with the National Maritime Museum Cornwall found in the town, and a number of beaches ideal for family days out including Castle beach and Gyllyngvase beach.
