INTRODUCTION Jenny & Doug Mills are pleased to present to you our privately owned and fully equipped 28' by 10' 6-berth caravan for your Cornish holiday. It is sited in its own garden with a separate entrance / parking in our one-and-a-half acres and has pleasant country views in this farming community. It is equipped to a high standard (for example, all bed linen and towels are included) - all you need to bring are yourselves!

Children are very welcome, but not pets, and we discourage smoking in the caravan.

SITUATION We are in a small hamlet of three houses, completely surrounded by farmland and are half an hour west of Plymouth, 10 minutes south of Minions (the highest village in Cornwall) and 15 minutes north of Looe / Polperro. It is ten minutes to the A38 and in easy reach of all of Cornwall's attractions.

THINGS TO DO We are approximately 15 minutes from Looe on the South coast, 25 minutes from the Eden Project and 45 minutes from Padstow on the North Coast. Bodmin Moor, Dobwalls Adventure Park and Porfell Animal Land are 10 minutes away. National Trust properties of Lanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House are close by. Sibliback Water Park is 15 minutes away and, for the more adventurous, Newquay is half an hour. Trevillis Wood offers walks or mountain biking from the caravan - up to an hour or two for the more energetic.

ACCOMMODATION The caravan sleeps up to six persons and has a double room, a twin-bedded room and a make-up bed in the lounge. All bed linen is supplied and changed weekly. Beds are supplied with bottom sheets, duvets and duvet covers and two pillows per person. The same is provided for the make-up bed. A full set of towels is provided and also changed weekly. The kitchenette has masses of crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware and is equipped with a four-ring domestic cooker, electric toaster, kettle and a microwave.

The bathroom has a flush toilet, a small bath with a shower and a washbasin. Electricity is included. A television and video player are provided and there is a small collection of books, board games, videos and jigsaw puzzles.

The caravan has a patio area for 'al fresco' dining with table, chairs and a barbeque.

MEALS A small 'welcome pack' will await your arrival so that you don't have to rush out the moment you arrive to get a cup of tea and a bite to eat.
