Situation
The farm was once part of Prince Charles' Duchy Estate and is situated alongside the Looe Valley railway line in 10 acres of grounds, bordered by a small stream.

Badham Farm has excellent on site facilities with a well stocked fishing lake, full size tennis court, putting green, outdoor badminton court, woodland walks, children’s play area, animal and bird paddock where the children can help with daily feeds, a new gym with a full range of equipment and a jacuzzi for relaxing afterwards (small fee for private hire), large games room for the children, separate bar with bar billiards open every evening, plus a barbecue and picnic area for a great al-fresco experience.

Excellent on site facilities including a fishing lake, tennis court, children's play area, animal paddock, gym and jacuzzi (fee payable). Communal picnic and BBQ area. Private patio area with outdoor furniture. Designated parking.

ACCOMMODATION Master Bedroom Situated downstairs with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table. Bedroom Two Situated downstairs. 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed. Furniture includes a large built-in wardrobe, built-in cupboards and a dressing table. Family Bathroom Luxury bathroom with bath, power shower, w.c. and wash basin. There is a separate w.c. situated on the first floor.
Living Area Spacious and open-plan living area, situated on the first floor. Views across the valley and countryside. Original features including exposed beams. 2 three seater sofas. TV with DVD / video player and a music system. Kitchen Situated on the first floor. A fully fitted kitchen equipped with integrated appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining Room Within the open-plan living/dining room there is a large table with matching chairs. Optional dining can take place outside on the patio area which features garden furniture and a covered area featuring a gas BBQ. A 16th century cottage which has been refurbished to a very high standard. All properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
