SITUATION The Roundhouse, Beech, Ash, Pond Meadow and Little Leighs are cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings, standing at the end of a private tree lined drive, in a quiet rural setting. All cottages have small private gardens, and access to grounds of three acres with barbeque areas, children's playing field and a small copse. You can relax and unwind in an olde worlde atmosphere, with beamed ceilings, open log fires for those colder evenings, and an abundance of slate and open stonework, whilst still benefiting from modern facilities, such as colour television, microwave, washing machine etc. We are situated in a quiet rural area within 5 miles of the beach at Crackington Haven, with Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel all being within 15 minutes drive. The A39 with its access to the north Cornish and Devon coasts is less than 2 miles away.

THINGS TO DO The north Cornish coast famous for its sandy beaches, surfing, and coastal footpath can all be reached in under 10 minutes. Bodmin Moor is also within a short drive. Within an hour's drive can be found Barnstaple, Exeter, Plymouth, and Truro with an abundance of National Trust properties, the Eden Project, fabulous gardens and a multitude of adventure parks for the children. On site there are barbeque areas, a large playing field with swings for the children and a small copse to exercise your pet.

ACCOMMODATION

The Roundhouse has been converted for wheelchair users and comprises a kitchen / dining room, living room (with sofa bed if required), twin bedded bedroom, toilet and shower room.

Beech has its living accommodation upstairs with a large open plan living / dining room and kitchen. A twin bedroom is also on the first floor with a double and a twin room downstairs, together with a shower room / toilet.

Ash has a double and a twin room upstairs, with the living / dining room, kitchen and shower room / toilet on the ground floor.

Pond Meadow and Little Leighs are the same layout with a double and a twin on the first floor and a twin room, living / dining room, kitchen and shower room / toilet on the ground floor.

1 pet is welcome in certain cottages by prior arrangement. Pets at £10 per stay.

PRICES

We are open throughout the year. All bookings are made with ourselves as we have no agency agreements. The rates, per week, range from £145 in the low season up to £575 in August. This includes linen, night storage heating and free logs and coal on arrival. Electricity and further logs and coal are additional to the price. Short breaks are available in the low season and at short notice subject to availability. Discounts are available to couples and small parties in the low season.
