On entering this light and friendly cottage via a short flight of steps you will find the inviting open-plan split-level lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is perfect for unwinding in at the end of a great day. A flight of stairs leads up to the attractive kitchen/diner, which is ideal for preparing and enjoying a great family meal. Patio doors lead out from the dining area onto a glass-fronted balcony with lovely views. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Stepping outside you can relax in a private patio area with outdoor furniture. On-site facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa pool, tennis court, table tennis, squash court, gym and a children's play area.

 

Close to the historic city of Truro (4 miles) and the thriving maritime town of Falmouth (8 miles), this is a great base for discovering the treasures of western Cornwall. Set midway between the northern and southern coasts, you can visit the idyllic St Agnes (8.5 miles) or the beautiful Roseland Heritage Coast (11.5 miles). There are numerous landmarks and attractions to visit including Flambards Theme Park (14 miles), Glendurgan Gardens (10.5 miles), East Pool Mine (9.5 miles), Trelissick Gardens (3 miles) and Pendennis Castle (9.5 miles).

So well-equipped and comfortable. Second time we have stayed there and well book again. Lovely location - quiet countryside surrounds The Valley. Staff are friendly and helpfulz
