A warm welcome awaits guests at Anchor Cottage, its whitewashed stone walls and aquamarine tones inviting you inside. Located along a peaceful lane just half a mile from the rural village of St Day, you are near enough to stroll down for some fresh bread and the morning paper. With lots of walks, cycle paths and bridleways in the area and the sandy surfing beaches of North Cornwall just 5 miles away, you couldn't ask for more.
The cottage still retains some of its period charm, complemented by light painted wood, vintage furniture and a heavenly brass bed. The open-plan kitchen/living area has all you could need, with a dining table and sofa where you can settle down with a meal and film in the evening. Outside the property, a spacious enclosed patio is the perfect place to take the sun in the afternoon and to enjoy a BBQ.

The historic tin mine ruins of Wheal Coates are an 8-mile drive away and here you can pick up the coastal path to walk along the St Agnes Heritage Coast. For beaches, shops and seafood restaurants, the seaside resort of Perranporth is 9 miles from the cottage or for a trip to a larger coastal town, just 10 miles away is the deep natural harbour of Falmouth.
