Located on the outskirts of the beautiful Roseland Heritage Coast, this attractive property makes a fantastic hideaway for a family looking for a great holiday home in beautiful surroundings. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for four guests and is set in extensive grounds with a variety of on-site facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools. You will be ideally situated for exploring the beautiful southern and western regions of Cornwall, with both coasts within reach, and a wealth of stunning countryside to enjoy.

Entering this fresh and cheerful property via a short flight of steps you will find a welcoming open-plan split-level lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is a lovely space to relax in, while a flight of stairs leads up to the stylish kitchen/diner, which is ideal for enjoying a family meal. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto a glass-fronted balcony with beautiful views. The two cosy bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor. Heading outside you can unwind in a delightful private patio area with outdoor furniture. On-site facilities include a children's play area, tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa pool, table tennis, squash court and a gym.

Map
Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
