Enjoying a quiet location accessed via a farm lane within the rolling countryside of central Cornwall, this is one of four charming properties converted from a stunning 16th century Cornish long house.

Hidden in the heart of Cornwall you'll find this peaceful bungalow for two. It can be accessed down a quiet tree-lined drive and has a garden full of mature shrubbery adding to the privacy of this desirable location. It's perfectly placed for accessing some of Cornwall's top attractions or for walking and cycling through woodland trails, down country roads and past traditional Cornish towns.

The interior of the property is light and airy with stylish farmhouse features, while outside has dark wood panelling and stone walls. The pretty decor and calming colours will ensure you have a relaxing holiday and are able to completely unwind while on your break. This cottage is ideal for a romantic break for two, share a meal outside on the patio under the stars or cuddle up together on the sofa after a long day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

Walk along the River Fal and stop by the stunning Trelissick Gardens with over 300 acres to explore (10 miles away). The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 14 miles from the property and the Eden Project is 20 miles: both make an excellent day out. This cottage is only 4 miles from the historic town of Truro, a bustling Cornish base great for discovering souvenirs in its independent boutiques or at the market, or enjoying a traditional cream tea at one of the cafes. Spend a day at the beach on either the warm south coast or rugged surfer's paradise of the north.

when we arrived we was greeted by a very friendly welcome. the location could not have been more perfect, just over 2 miles outside Truro and yet any from any noise. The cottage itself was immaculate and the welcoming cookies and fresh laid eggs were an added bonus. All the things I took 'just in case there wasn't any' I need not have bothered withRead more. such as iron and hair dryer. There has been a lot of thought for the holiday maker when this cottage was refurbished and no stone left unturned. Hide

Peaceful location in the countryside which was perfect for relaxing away from the busy roads and towns after a day of sight-seeing. Spacious well-equipped bedroom with very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Copper House.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
