Great location in a beautiful area. Well equipped and comfortable property. We spent 2 weeks with various family members sharing the property and it seems to suit both adults and children. Chosen for the area its been a great base and would highly recommend a stay here.

Just returned from a v.enjoyable week in Bottreaux in Boscastle. It is situated just outside the village up quite a steep hill which my husband & I managed relatively easily (mid 50's) but my parents (mid 70's) found too much. However the property is worth the climb - bathrooms particularly-great showers!! We spent time in Padstow, Newquay & TintagRead moreel all less than an hr away & St Ives & Looe approx 90mins-2hrs. This is not a cottage but a maisonette, the top part of an old house. Reasonably comfortable and good parking available and next door to a pub. It is situated at the top town and although easy to walk down into town it is considerably harder to walk up as it is a very steep hill.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
