An excellent cottage; clean, comfortable and very well kitted out, we didnt want for anything. Garden is amazing, games room was great, as was the DVD collection. Great location and Carbis Bay beach is lovely, one of the best. Would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay a Brook Cottage. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Its very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The most amazing thing about it is the gorgeous garden and all of the different places to sit outside and relax. The games room was brilliant too and perfect during wet weather. The location is very good too - a 1Read more5 mins steep walk to Carbis Bay beach or about 40 mins along the beautiful coastal path into St Ives. Altogether one of the best places weve stayed! Hide

This was a beautiful holiday cottage with everything you could possibly want in it. The gardens were beautiful and the games room was an added bonus. The owners were very kind and thoughtful, we would definitely return to this holiday home.

Gorgeous place to stay. Hosts were so welcoming and always at hand to offer assistance with any needs. When we arrived the place was spotless and breath taking. The size of the property and garden was a huge plus and the games room provided hours of fun. We had a wonderful stay at Brook cottage. Jill & Roger welcomed us warmly on our first day and were always prompt and helpful when we needed help. The location of the cottage is peaceful with a beautiful garden where you can spend hours admiring its wonderful surroundings. The bonus for us was the outside game room where our son enjoyed playing wheRead morether the weather was good or not! It was great entertainment for the whole family. This is a really lovely cottage, my family and I had a very restful and enjoyable holiday. The cottage is very well equipped, and has a great selection of films, books and games for all ages.
