Lovely place with everything you need for your stay. Set a bit outside Tintagel so walking wasn't an option for us this time of year but only a few minutes drive to the main high street/Castle. The log burner made it extra cosy. Perfect place to explore the surrounding towns.

Very warm welcoming and comfortable cottage. We liked how welcoming it was for our dog too and really appreciated the field on the property for dog walks and the effort Gareth had made to mow a path all around and diagonally across it. Gareth and Sandy were very friendly and thought of everything. The area was glorious and had lots of different levRead moreel walks we loved, including the Coast Path. We would definitely stay there again. Hide

Gareth and Sandy met us as we arrived. Very friendly and good host. The cottage was very modern and well equipped. Location was good for exploring both to the north into Devon and to the south. Lands End was about 1.45 away. Local villages of Tintagel and Boscastle are great places to visit.

We had a lovely stay in the Buttercup cottage. It was in a perfect location to exploring the local area. The owners were very welcoming. Perfect accommodation for the dog too with lots of land. The wood burner was a nice touch particularly in Feb! Would recommend and come back again.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
