A cosy, charming, comfortable cottage that's very well equipped and nicely furnished. Good to have an Alexa for music. The welcome gift of fizz and fudge was a nice touch. The outside space is just right for eating outside weather permitting. The owners although not near are friendly and helpful. Camelford has a few shops, excellent fish & chip shoRead morep but would benefit from a good eating pub/restaurant. Road side parking easy to find. A good location for exploring North Cornwall. Hide

Beware of location on a very busy main road and noise generated from passing traffic, a well appointed cottage.

Reasonable property with an unfortunate location, good for siteseeing but poor for relaxation due to traffic directly outside. However, if you are out and about throughout the day and early evening it would probably be a good choice.

Map
Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
