This is a beautiful Grade II listed 17th-Century fisherman’s cottage, overlooking Newlyn harbour, sleeping four. It is located between the town of Penzance and the village and harbour of Mousehole.

Sit and watch the ever-changing view over the harbour and observe St Michael’s Mount perched in the distance. Local galleries, shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a cinema, are very handily within walking distance. The area is also a hotspot for walkers, cyclists and water sport enthusiasts – with surfing, kite surfing and kayaking available. If you are looking for a day trip, you may wish to go to the beautiful Isles of Scilly leaving by boat from Penzance. There are many attractions in the area, including Land’s End, St Ives, the historic town of Marazion, both within a short drive and not to be missed is the outdoor Minack Theatre, built into the cliff face with the ocean as an incredible backdrop.

Accessed via a shared entrance this semi-detached fisherman's cottage, has many original character features throughout including - exposed beams (some old ship beams), sloping floors, an original stone fireplace, low ceilings and the original steep staircase. First there is the kitchen/diner which has a gas fired AGA, microwave and there is seating for four at the dining table. Leading on from hear to the utility area, which has a washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Heading up two steps you will find the bathroom, equipped with a shower over a small bath and WC, please note there is limited head space within the bath. Original steep cottage style stairs from kitchen/diner lead up to the first floor, here you will find the lounge which has stunning views across the harbour and beyond. There is seating surrounding the TV, perfect to chill out after a busy day and catch up on your favourite programmes. Completing the property are the three bedrooms and they comprise of a double with feature open fire place and two single rooms.

Outside there is a shared courtyard to the rear and a privately owned walled garden area, perfect to dine alfresco. There is a designated parking space in a private area of the public car park (parking permit provided) nearby, there is also space to unload at the property.
