Set within a Cornish working farm and Lovingly furnished, with the coast nearby, this is a perfect retreat for couples and friends alike looking to explore West Cornwall.

Set in idyllic countryside among other holiday cottages, this stunning property is the perfect romantic bolthole. Sleeping you both in a super king-size zip-and-link bed, this contemporary-styled holiday let is an opportunity to get out and explore the local area knowing that you’ve got a welcoming place to return to. Head down to Cadgwith Cove (1 mile) and wander along the coast path to the Devil’s Frying Pan (a further 500 metres), or visit Lizard Point (4 miles), the most southerly point of mainland Britain.

As you enter the property you’re greeted with fresh and bright decor paired with exposed beams and charming farmhouse-style furniture. There’s a perfect blend of countryside feel and subtle coastal touches that create a calming and peaceful atmosphere. The open-plan living area is light and airy during the day, but soon gets cosy in the evening when you light the wood burner. Head out to the enclosed garden to sizzle up a BBQ or simply enjoy an al fresco drink before heading up the stairs to bed among tranquil white tones with blues dotted around in the furnishings.

Take a walk from Lizard Point to Kynance Cove (2 miles; 4 miles direct from property) where fantastic cliff rocks and a sandy beach make it the perfect spot for a drink or a picnic. Coverack (8.5 miles) is another wonderful beach, but if you’re more green-fingered than sandy-toed you could visit Trebah Garden (16 miles) where exotic plants bloom. There’s even a path down to a secluded beach, so you can experience the best of both worlds. And if you want to get on the water, take a boat trip with Orca Sea Safaris (23.5 miles) where you might spot dolphins, seals and basking sharks.

Cottage beautiful, clean and well kept. Owners very friendly and approachable. Also great communication. Provided all the essentials. Baked us cake, and left some treats and water bowl for dogs ready for our arrival. Suggested many activities worth visiting in the area. Would definitely come back! We had lovely time.

Fantastic cottage but for us it wasnt dog friendly. Dogs arent allowed upstairs, on the sofa, to be left alone and at night they have to sleep in the hall. There is tiled floor downstairs which also isnt good for dogs running around or with wet paws. Great place for couples.

This is a FIVE STAR property. Located on a farm, in the stunning setting of Cadgwith. A short walk to the sea and the local pub which served delicious Seafood Chowder. The property is in excellent condition and to a high standard. Without a doubt, it has the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. If I would take it home, we would. We had a lovely stay with our 2 dogs and 9month old baby. Cottage is well equipped with all the basics (who wants to bring a washing up sponge on holiday?). The travel cot, additional cot mattress, and high chair were also provided which was a big plus for not needing to pack them in the car! The setting was lovely, just a short walk to nearby villRead moreages and you seems to be a maximum of 20 min drive from anywhere on the lizard peninsula. Sarah and James were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Hide

This is a really lovely property which is immaculately presented, very comfortable, very clean and in both a beautiful & peaceful location. The large exceptionally comfy bed was most welcome after our coastal walks and the bedding/linen is of a very nice quality too. Overall, a perfect holiday to relax and unwind.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
