Fantastic place to stay! Great location to explore the area, most attractions within a 20 - 40 minute drive. A couple of pubs nearby for meals but enough facilities in the cabin to do own meals if needed. Couldn't have wished for better hosts who made us feel welcome without being intrusive. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a fab week at Chy Aber. The grounds that the lodge is situated in are second to none. We (11 year old son included) couldn't have asked for better facilities or equipment. There is a lovely river, tennis court, pitch and putt, extensive grounds etc. plus a shed full of games equipment. Couldn't have wished for anything else, both insidee the loRead moredge and out. A few cobwebs here and there in the lodge but it is in the grounds and otherwise perfectly clean. Lovely, helpful hosts (+ cute dog!). Hide

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
