Situated just under a mile from both the picturesque fishing village of Polperro and the secluded twin coves of Talland Beach, Coastal Reach is an excellent base for a family holiday by the sea. With a long line of bays and coves peppered with pretty harbour towns and villages, this part of the South Cornwall coast will captivate you the moment you set eyes on it.

The interior of this contemporary detached property has a light colour scheme running from the lounge through to the stylish kitchen and dining area, the perfect place to round up the troops for dinner. French doors open from the lounge to the enclosed garden and patio area where warmer days will find you firing up the BBQ and soaking up the sun on the comfortable rattan chairs.

The steep walk down to Polperro's quay and harbour leads you to a maze of colourful narrow streets dotted with shops and restaurants. Avoid the crowds by hopping aboard a speedboat from the quay, or take a mackerel fishing charter for a more laid-back adventure. Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
