Located within the owners' 10-acre smallholding, Coombe Farm Willow Cottage is one of two properties promising a peaceful escape in the Cornish countryside.

Begin your day with a breakfast of eggs sunny side up, collected from the farms' free-range chickens and enjoy a relaxing stroll through the surrounding flower meadows and woodland. The open-plan living area is light and airy, with high apex ceilings and sky-lights making it a refreshing place to spend lazy days with a book. After a day of exploring however, it can become your cosy haven, as there's no better place to be than snuggled up in front of the glow of the wood burner, a warming mug of hot chocolate in hand. When you can't keep your eyes open any longer, the king-size bed awaits.

Pull on your walking boots and within half a mile's walk, you'll reach the picturesque village of Herodsfoot where keen ramblers can join the West Looe Valley Trail. For a day out, visit Polperro 8 miles away, with its colourful harbour, restaurants, craft galleries, sandy beach and pleasure boat trips. Slightly further afield is the world-renowned Eden Project with its indoor rainforest, 16 miles away.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was very comfortable, Relaxing and in a peaceful Location, The Log burner in the evenings was cosy and warm, the Bathroom is large and has big fluffy towels and the heated towel rail was perfect as the weather wasn't so good for us but a few minutes of drying on that towel rail and we were back out again. The kitchen has a fridge, cookeRead morer, microwave,table and chairs and the recycling bins are nearby. there is a lovely country pub about a mile up the road. Hide

A delightful, rural cottage, which was warm, comfortable with good furnishings and fixtures. We we greeted with a smile and a lovely presentation of cornish scrumptious delights. Very dog friendly with an enclosed garden and Meadows to walk in.

Beautiful property in idyllic setting , within easy reach of nearby Liskeard , Duloe twenty five minutes on foot community shop and Plough inn great food and dog friendly. Sam and Mark the owners were on hand but not in your face . Cream tea in fridge on arrival very nice touch. Immaculate well equipped and cosy cottage a real home from home very wRead morearm laundry room available if needed, lovely grounds to walk dog . Willow cottage was perfect for us and our dog. The cottage has everything you need in terms of equipment in the kitchen, plus ironing board/iron, hairdryer. The cottage has a small fenced area which is perfect for letting the dog out first thing/last thing at night. The owners also allow you to use the garden which is great for quick walkies. The lRead moreocation is very peaceful but within a couple of miles of Duloe with its lovely pub. The cottage was spotlessly clean, bright and comfortable. Hide

Lovely quiet location. No phone signal but the wifi was good so we could still keep in touch with family. Host were very friendly but left us to enjoy the holiday, were on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend to friends quite happily.

Upon our arrival at Willow Cottage we were greeted by Sam who showed us around and explained were everything was. The cottage was very clean and tidy containing a booklet with detailed maintenance instructions and places to visit during our stay. We had a great time and would be happy to return to the cottage. A lovely peaceful location where you can truely get away from it all - yet the main sights of Cornwall are all within travelling distance. The beautiful garden grounds are ideal for dogs who can explore them on a lead. The cottage is very clean and attractive and the hosts are friendly without being intrusive.
