A marvellous location if you seek peace, quiet and seclusion. The play barn was a massive hit with our children as were the calves and chickens. Marsland Cottage was clean and cosy. We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend.

Marland at Cory Farm had everything needed for a lovely holiday. Stunning views to the sea and Lundy Island, friendly farm personnel. If you don't like cows, don't go as they can be noisy at milking times but good experience for townsfolk to see where our milk and food comes from. We were lucky enough to stay in Marsland over the very hot and sunny Easter break. We had a fantastic time. The cottage is spacious (for our family of 5) and clean. The farm is lovely and well positioned to drive to any beach or town/village. Can't recommend it enough.

I'm sure this property is nice in the summer during warmer weather when you are not reliant on the heating system to keep the property warm. The property is situated next to the cow shed so be prepared to hear the cows through the night. There is a milk vehicle that arrives late at night too which could be noisey for little ones.

A spacious, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The detailed description on the booking website we found to be wholly accurate. The owner and farm workers we met were friendly and helpful, including the dog! We had a lovely week despite awful weather and would happily return for another visit.

Marsland Cottage on Cory Farm was comfortable, and homely. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well equipped and the layout was perfect for us being a party consisting of Nannie, Granddad, Mum, Dad and two children, with two St Bernards. The farm is really interesting and watching the milking was fun.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
