Property code: CRIBP

This spacious three-bedroom apartment enjoys excellent ocean views and is a short walk to many beaches that Newquay has to offer.

Slightly set back from the iconic Towan Headland where the Atlantic Ocean meets the sunny shores of Cornwall, is the first-floor apartment of Cribber Point. Warm and inviting, this spacious property is the perfect bolthole from which to revel in amazing views from a contemporary, comfortable space. Wake up to the sounds of waves lapping, and take a leisurely breakfast watching the first surfers of the day arrive.

Watch the world-famous ‘Cribbar' wave roll in from the comfort of your apartment, or head down to the beach below to experience it up close. For something more sedate, wait for the sun to drop into the sea in the evening from your balcony, drink in hand, before retiring inside to cook up locally-caught seafood for dinner, purchased earlier that day. Enjoy eating in the open plan kitchen-diner, bright and minimalist, with cheerful pops of colour throughout. Fall asleep to the whispers of the shore outside your window, ready to wake up to another day of adventure.

Walk to the jutting rockface at the end of the headland and then down to Fistral Beach to soak up some sun. Head across the coast path to Newquay Harbour, where you can delight in the beautiful views across Newquay Bay and towards Watergate Bay. Pop into the town centre with its great variety of shops and attractions such as Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, less than two miles from your door, or drive further afield to the pretty fishing port of Padstow, around 17 miles away with its world-class fish restaurants.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Ideally located apartment for Fistral and Newquay. Fantastic views of Cornish waves from the sitting room and heaps of wonderful walks on the door step. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable- very much felt like home for the week. Would definitely go back - thank you.

Spacious, comfortable flat in a peaceful location within 5 mins walking distance of lovely Fistral Beach and coastal path, but still close to town. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Great views.

Although this property Sleeps 6, with 3 spacious bedrooms the living area is quite small, 6 adults couldn't relax comfortably. Great location for Fistral Beach and the town.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
