Situated close to Sennen Cove, Land’s End and Cape of Cornwall (all within 4 miles), this a wonderful holiday base for eager walkers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and cyclists. Footpaths from the barn lead to Gwynver Beach (0.5 miles), with easy access onto a breathtaking stretch of the South West Coast Path. The area has numerous popular attractions and historic sites, with the open-air Minack Theatre, Geevor Tin Mine Museum, Trengwainton Garden, the Holy Well of St Madron, Carn Euny Ancient Village and Trewidden Garden all within 8 miles. Penzance (8 miles) has a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, while St Ives (15 miles) is known for its many art galleries including the world-famous Tate St Ives.

Entering this pretty single-level barn conversion, the main open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has lovely wooden floors and a high vaulted ceiling with impressive original exposed timber beams, giving this spacious, bright and cheerful room a little added touch of character. The cheery lounge has a comfortable sofa, a welcoming wood burner effect gas fire set in a stone hearth, and a Smart TV so you can snuggle up in the evenings after a great day out and watch a movie or chat about the day’s adventures. From the lounge, patio doors open out onto a pretty and enclosed garden. The patio has a table and chairs, making a lovely relaxing spot for dining alfresco on a wonderful sunny day, and offers glorious views over towards Gwynver Beach. You are also welcome to meet some of the resident farm animals including ponies, ducks and chickens. There’s space onsite for equestrian-loving guests to bring horses along.

This is a fabulous, cosy well equipped cottage that we love! As do our dogs. The owners are super friendly and helpful but do just let you get on with your holiday. Sennen beach is truly beautiful, the village market on Tuesday is a must go. We are already booked for next year.

Fabulous location, very quiet and peaceful in lovely surroundings. Easy access to all areas/locations. Most dog friendly accommodation we have ever stayed in, garden secure for smaller dogs and wood/tile flooring throughout. This is a great place to stay, you'd be quackers to miss out on a stay at Ducks Waddle. Isolated and quiet but close to small villages and towns for everything you may need. We loved Ducks Waddle! Brilliant location for what we wanted and super friendly & helpful hosts. So good to find a gem with a *genuinely* separate and secure garden for our insecure and anxious doggo! The location of the Ducks Waddle is fab, really quiet, peaceful and with great views across the countryside. This was the absolute perfect holiday cottage. Everything about it was perfect. We wanted a quiet location to relax with easy access to local amenities and this met the mark in every way. Lovely stay - quiet, remote, beautiful, picturesque location. Appreciated an afternoon tea on arrival, and treats for the dog, being left - very thoughtful touch! Ducks Waddle was wonderful, we loved it from the minute we walked in through the front door and saw the view out the back. We found it comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything was fine. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. It is very well set up if you have dogs, with a secure garden. It is an ideal base for exploring this part of Cornwall. This is a perfect holiday cottage..we were looking for a property in Cornwall that will allow 3 dogs ..we found the perfect place. We love this cottage! It is cosy and comfortable and in a glorious area. The beach at Sennen is spectacular. Great little market at the school on Tuesday. Our three labradors have the best time. We will be booking again.

We have found a lovely piece of Cornwall where friendly owners are there at hand, The cottage has beautiful views out across fields to the sea. I loved this cottage, perfect for me and my two dogs. The cottage was well equipped and had everything you could need for your holiday. Would recommend Ducks Waddle to all as a lovely remote getaway, with a fabulous view. The cottage itself was well equipt, decorated to a high standard and owned by lovely people who couldn't of been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage. Will be back.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful spot, with sunsets to die for. The cream tea, dogs toys and biscuits on arrival are a lovely touch and much appreciated. A great base for exploring the area, nice walks from the door too. We loved seeing the owner's horses each day, and watching the rabbits and bats come out in the evenings.
