Nestled in the heart of Portreath, spend a day relaxing on the sandy beach just 500 metres away from the property or take a stroll along the historic harbour front. Popular with surfers, couples and families, the village has a selection of local shops and pubs to choose from. For walkers, there is direct access to the South West Coast Path, taking you through the different local habitats and the stone ruins of old wheelhouses. Hire a bike and cycle the ‘mining trails’ close to Portreath's various woods or along the "Coast to Coast" to Devoran (11.5 miles). Drive along the coast just 6.5 miles to Godrevy lighthouse or Hayle (10 miles), and St Ives is only 16 miles distant.
With level access to all amenities, this is a wonderful base to create a memorable holiday. This first-floor apartment is accessed by an internal flight of stairs and has superb views across the ever-changing harbour front and sea beyond from the bright and cheerful lounge/diner. Cosy up on the sofa and read a good book or relax and watch the TV after a day of exploring. There is also a warm and welcoming kitchen. The king-size bedroom with a TV has plenty of storage and has a very homely feel. Completing the apartment is the bathroom.
Outside there's a shared lawn and being in the heart of the village, you won't be short of things to do!
