Centrally located studio apartment right next to Newlyn’s harbour, home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet. A great base for exploring South Cornwall.

Compact but full of character, Harbour Watch is a delightful studio apartment overlooking a lively harbour. Perch in the bay window with a cup of tea and Cornish pasty and watch over the hustle and bustle of the UK's largest fishing fleet, you might even spot a seal. Discover the perfect retreat for those looking to reconnect and fall in love with Cornwall.

Made for two, the views from this home command your attention. Wake up in a comfortable futon/bed to the sound of the waves lapping up against the sides of the boats. Although it's small, it has everything you'll need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cleverly designed shower room. It's the intimate setting that you and your beau need.

Newlyn boasts incredible fish and chips as well as a fish market that captures the attention of visitors looking to try the catch of the day. Although very little of the original port remains, it has found its feet and built itself back up. A small compact home reminding me of how the earlier people lived. Very clean and tidy and an excellent base to move around the surrounding area from. Always good to watch what was happening down with the fishing fleet virtually below the window. The views out around Mounts Bay were spectatcular. I loved it.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
