Comfortable, cosy apartment in excellent position. Very peaceful with lovely views. Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovely walk from the apartment along the beautiful beach. Handy location for getting around the area. Would stay again. Friendly owners available, but not obtrusive.

The ground floor apartment was lovely with a small patio on which to sit and have both breakfast and dinner, overlooking the estuary. A lovely walk was only a short step away, along by the estuary and into Hayle itself. Well recommend for any single or couple.

The property was rather a ground floor apartment rather than a cottage. However the owner is very friendly and was most helpful in providing extra help we needed.

The location is excellent. Far enough away from traffic noise yet close enough to shops etc. A lovely walk from the property along the estuary, and we easily walked to the beach too.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
