Polperro can be reached either by car or by walking through the owner’s peaceful farmland and down a country lane. Here guests will find restaurants serving local seafood, shops and pubs, as well as attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village. Further amenities can be found at Pelynt, which is three miles away. Other nearby coastal towns include Looe, where there is a large beach, while Plymouth, with its huge choice of shops as well as its famous Hoe, is easily reached via the Torpoint ferry.
Enter this reverse level barn conversion to the rear, on the first floor and in to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable lounge features ample seating on which to relax in front of the electric fire and the TV/DVD.
