Single storey barn conversion sleeping four with use of heated indoor endless pool and sauna. Perfectly located to explore all the attractions of South Cornwall.

If you're looking for a cosy, quintessential cottage where you are ideally positioned to explore some of Cornwall's prettiest villages, then this single-storey barn conversion is for you. With access to a heated indoor pool and sauna, you will find everything you need for a relaxing break at this South Cornwall abode.

Formerly a stone and slate wagon house, this attractive and spacious property is designed for visitors with limited mobility and wheelchair users - there are no steps to the property, wide doors and both bedrooms have en-suite shower wet rooms. There is level access to the shared games room with a pool table and swimming pool, as well as a lovely outdoor area that features a charcoal BBQ and chiminea. Cook in a hand-crafted timber kitchen before gathering around the wood burner in the living room for enjoyable evenings of long chats and laughter.

Honeypin At Golant is only 3 miles from Fowey, a jewel of Cornwall's south coast. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Fowey is a destination not to be missed if you want a wide choice of quality restaurants, charming tea rooms and fine food shops. Every Wednesday throughout the summer, you can watch yachts racing from Fowey harbour. If you're looking for something more educational, experience an indoor rainforest at the Eden Project, a 5.4-mile drive west from the property, and discover how a clay pit transformed into a world-famous visitor attraction.

Due to the current situation the shared facilities will be available as follows: Games room and outdoor children's play area will not be available. The swimming pool and sauna will be available on a bookable time slot basis. There will be a morning and an afternoon session. Each cottage group can book one morning and one afternoon slot. Additional time slots can be booked at the last minute if available. The outdoor table tennis and badminton court will be available for guests' use with sanitising facilities nearby.

Had a lovely stay over October half term. Honeypin is clean & well equipped. The location is great & within easy reach of dog friendly beaches - Par Sands being a favourite for us. The pool, although very small, is a great addition & the open air bar on Friday nights is fab - live music was excellent. Food would be a good addition though. However, Read morethe lounge furniture is very uncomfortable & not conducive to relaxing at all. I'm not convinced the cost was worth it, but we did have a nice break. Hide

Honeypin was brilliant, it was clean and extremely well equipped. The location is ideal, nothing is too far away, there was a really useful welcome pack with local walks and places to eat out and it even informed you of where the local shops were which was extremely beneficial on our arrival day. The whole complex was lovely and such a fantastic seRead moret up. We really struggled to find a holiday cottage that would allow 3 dogs but Honeypin came top trumps, it even has a secure patio area. A lovely cottage in beautiful rural Cornwall. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely friendly owners who have gone out of their way to provide extra sports facilities, a little shop and even a bar on site. Perfectly situated for wonderful walks, Fowey and the stunning village of Golant with super pub. Just wish we lived closer!

Loads to do within short drive outs for my family of 4 (2 adults / 2 tweens) - girls loved the aqua park a few miles away and also had great times in the cottage pool. Great places to eat in Fowey. During our stay at Honeypin we were extremely comfortable. On arrival we loved the beautiful clean decor, and found the property welcoming, well equipped, and thoughtfully adapted for people with limited mobility (or indeed for anyone!) We loved sitting outside in the sun, and our dogs loved watching the people go by in the yard. We were after a quRead moreiet holiday, so didn't do much, but having Par Beach and Fowey just short drives away was good, and I also loved paddleboarding in Golant. Hide

We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful cottage. There were a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with quickly, efficiently with no fuss. We would happily stay there again.

Had a great stay, Debbie and Simon are both amazing, on the whole the place is brilliant, great for dogs, being able to interact with the animals, the pool and sauna are great, there are however a few negatives, if like me you are not the fittest of people or like my hubby, have a physical disability, it's very remote, and a fair drive to the neareRead morest supermarket, we couldn't get a mobile signal and had very inconsistent wifi, which made watching TV very hard, and the pool table costs 50p a game. My only criticism would be the post code takes you to the wrong property and the walk into fowey from the property the paths are not sign posted and well over grown easy to get lost ! Apart from that easy access by car by to all other areas

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
