Located in the Looe Valley and on the edge of the traditional market town of Liskeard. This wonderful detached cottage has enclosed gardens and shared use of heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub which is available all year round.

If you love to swim every day, then this is the holiday home for you. A mile from the centre of Liskeard town this detached property has a heated pool and hot tub (shared with another property) in use all year round. You're perfectly placed for visiting South Cornish coast beaches and villages for traditional seaside days or exploring the South West Coast Path. Bodmin Moor to the north will draw walkers in search of hilltop views taking in great swathes of beautiful Cornish countryside.

The property is a barn conversion on one level accessed by steps up to the front patio. It's stone-built and has charming exposed beams and a feature fireplace for the cosy wood burner in the lounge – why not sink into the leather sofa to recount the day's adventures? Retro fabrics create colour interest, and upstairs the bedrooms are homely, with country-style details. Outside, there's a paddock for energetic sports and games. The stand-out feature is the pool house. After your swim in the heated pool, enjoy the deep relaxation of the hot tub. Due to the current situation the swimming pool will only be available on a bookable time slot basis. We regret that for safety reasons the hot tub may not be available. Please contact our office for further details.

Looe town with beach, shops, locally caught fish and a wide choice of restaurants is 8 miles to the south, and Polperro, smaller and more traditional, just 3 miles further away. Along the South West Coast Path you're guaranteed memorable views of cliff and cove, or on wild Bodmin Moor you'll find excellent walks, and a watersports centre at Siblyback Lake, all within 6 miles, plus fishing on tranquil Colliford Lake only 8 miles away.

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
