We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal giving access to both coasts and many attractions. The cottage met most of our needs and the hosts were very welcoming. I would hesitate to return for one reason only: I need to have internet coverage and this was not always available at the cottage.

Loved our cosy little cottage, garden was lovely, far better than in photo, as it had grown up since picture was taken, well looked after with the bonus of sun beds, the weather was perfect, so both us and the dog, were able to make the most of the outside area. Lovely cottage, stunning cottage garden. The owners are lovely, couldn't do enough for to make our stay comfortable and carefree. I do think that the paperwork left in the cottage by the Agency needs to be updated as several items are no longer available. I was only sent these details after I had paid. That aside the cottage & setting are quiet & rRead moreural delightful for a holiday break. We did not want to come home. I will also add that we had 2 dogs & it was wonderful for them in a secure garden. Hide

I've said no to the recommendation as it's a little piece of haven tucked away and it wouldn't want anyone else to know about it. However I would recommend Holiday cottages and I do to my friends and family if they're looking for reasonably prices cottages particularly in Cornwall

My wife and I found Lower Rosenath Retreat a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Cornwall. It has a lovely secluded garden ideal for dogs. We have never seen such a variety of wild birds that frequent the garden. The owners Mr & Mrs Turner were perfect hosts and are very happy to give guests full access to their beautiful farm.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
