Once dilapidated farm buildings, this luxurious purpose built holiday home provides space for everyone to relax together. Set in the heart of the Devon countryside yet still close to the stunning coastline. You will be spoilt for choice!

Found between the hills of the Cornwall/Devon border, Lutson Barn offers a welcome escape to the country. Spacious rooms make it ideal for large family get-togethers or group holidays, and a blend of contemporary and country-chic styling ensures a space that is both stylish and cosy. Savour the serenity of the countryside and make yourself at home in this beautiful barn.

Natural light fills sleek living spaces through large windows, bouncing off polished concrete floors that hint at modern industrial style decor. Privacy is by no means compromised, as on the other side of the glass you'll find nothing but lush extending fields. Plush furnishings and exposed beams maintain a cosiness that's welcome after a day exploring the surrounding area. Light up the BBQ on a sunny afternoon while the kids play on the swings in your enclosed garden area. There's even a selection of outdoor games provided to get the whole family involved.

Although secluded, Lutson Barn is as little as 5 miles from many of the beaches and towns that the Cornwall coastline has to offer. The friendly town of Bude is well worth a visit, fabulous for shopping, dining out and leisure. It's also a great place to catch a wave, whether you're an accomplished surfer or a total beginner. If you're after something even close, the idyllic Tamar Lake offers plenty of activities for all ages: lakeside walks, fishing trips and even water sports, followed by a bite at the lake's cafe.

Lutson Barn offered a very comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of the countryside yet only a few miles from the beautiful Devon coastline. The walk down to the lake, the subsets, the playback all added to our enjoyment. Although we were an all adult group we would recommend it for groups and families of all ages.

The cottage had everything we needed and more. The quality of the interior was fantastic and all the family loved the location. The owners were great and were there if we needed anything. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this cottage for another holiday.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
