Beautifully renovated, stylish yet sympathetic interior, this cottage is the perfect base for small families or friends alike with the hustle and bustle of Bude within walking distance.

Take a short stroll into the centre of the town and from here enjoy a selection of amenities including leisure centre and swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches not to mention a golf course nearby. The South West Coast Path has spectacular walking routes in either direction and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve also offers some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Although it is steeped in its rural past, the property is also equipped with many contemporary comforts throughout. From the front, a quaint sweet cottage opens up into the lounge with a Smart TV and comfy sofas to watch your favourite programmes. Leading through to the light and stylish kitchen/diner with everything you could need and is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading up the stairs is a king size bedroom and twin bedroom. There’s also a child's room with a small single bed suitable for children 5yrs and under. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside adding to the property is the fabulous shower room with waterfall shower and WC, perfect after a day at the beach catching some waves. The washing machine is also located here should you need it.

There is an enclosed and private seating area, perfect for your morning coffee. Steps and a pathway lead to the terrace and the garden is completely enclosed so perfect for children. Enjoy a charcoal BBQ with seating for all to dine alfresco after a day exploring the surroundings. You’ll have plenty of storage in the outhouse for surfboards, body-boards and wet suits. There is private parking for one car at the rear of the property.

Pebble Cottage was just perfect in everyway. From location to the cottage itself. We loved the cosy rooms, the well equipped kitchen and the fabulous shower room in the courtyard. The courtyard was also a real little suntrap where we enjoyed our glass of wine after an afternoon of body boarding! Looking forward to our next visit to Pebble cottage aRead morelready!! Hide

The cottage was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. It's in the centre of Bude with everything you need on the doorstep, but a lovely quiet location.

A beautifully presented cottage in a great location. This was our first visit to Bude and it won't be the last, the cottage was perfectly situated in the centre of Bude and we were able to walk to the beaches and restaurants easily in fact we parked the car on arrival and didn't use it again until we left. The owners were very friendly and available if needed. The cottage was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed. The outside space being secure gave us peace of mind for the kids as well. Location wise again was spot on, literally 50 metres from the shops, 10 min walk to the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Lovely cottage in the centre of Bude. Immaculately clean, everything we could need. Beds and pillows could be improved but otherwise perfect. We have stayed in Bude several times before and love it, just enough shops and quality places to eat. The beach is fabulous and we spent several days there body boarding. It was a bit cooler some days due to Read morewind but we were able to hire wetsuits locally which made all the difference. Would definitely recommend Bude and Pebble cottage. Hide

The cottage is wonderful both inside and out. The location is ideal, with close proximity to the beach and shops, without any of the noise of being near to the centre. The outdoor space is really well set out and a great place for sitting outside.

A lovely cosy cottage, beautifully restored. It was in a good position for walking to the local shops, the beach and the town centre. The cottage had all that was needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely small cottage well equipped scrupulously clean and well furnished with some lovely touches of pictures and ornaments. Walk in shower and toilet in outside utility room idea for anyone coming off the beach with sandy feet or as we used it for our morning showers. Garden area well designed for sitting in or having a BBQ

Pebble Cottage was an amazing place to stay. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. So welcoming. Perfect location for beach, shops and restaurants and great to have parking space. Great communication with Clare the owner, who was so helpful. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cornwall.

Spotlessly clean property in a fabulous location, so close to the shops in the town. Easy walk to the beaches, sea pool and canal. Good size parking space with access to the lovely garden and a great shower room outside, especially useful when coming back from the beach. Excellent communication with owners.

Ideal cottage for a family with very young children with super outside shower room after a day at the beach. Plenty of towels and warmth. Walkable to all that Bude offers including shops, both beaches, canal, food outlets and supermarkets. Park your car outside and no need to use it.

Pebble Cottage is a wonderful cottage to stay in. It is clean and has all the equipment required. The location is very convenient being just a short walk from the shops, cafes and restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
