This unique property is just yards from the beach and harbour of Port Isaac. It is the perfect retreat to embrace this famous village and enjoy all the amenities on offer.

A stay at Pibbles really can blur the boundaries between fact and fiction. This lovely apartment is perfectly situated at the heart of Port Isaac, one of Cornwall's many coastal treasures. A working fishing port and dream location in its own right, the village has also found fame as Port Wenn, the seaside home of ‘Doc Martin,' the popular TV programme. With historic harbour, beach and plenty of places to sample some of Cornwall's foodie specialities, guests may not wish to venture very far at all.

The property interiors blend old with new. Contemporary furnishings and airy living space mix with cottage-style windows and period doors, providing comfort and style. Whether you decide to live like a local and dine in on freshly-caught fish or explore some of Port Isaac's restaurants, you cannot help but embrace the holiday mood.

Before you get too settled, though, remember there is more to this holiday destination than sleeping, eating and relaxing. Take a boat trip and enjoy some of Cornwall's magnificent scenery, hire a cycle and cruise along the Camel trail, within 10 miles of your base, or make a day of it and visit the world-class Eden Project, under 25 miles away. Finally, when all that exercise awakens fresh hunger pangs, head to Padstow, 16 miles away, and indulge in a British classic with a difference. Celebrity chef, Rick Stein's Fish and Chips restaurant and takeaway serves a range of locally-caught seafood in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

Stunning lovely little apartment full of character. Fab location in a beautiful little village. All the amenities u could need for a relaxing week away. Plenty of space and a lovely walk if a little steep to the car. Its a lovely location for exploring cornwal. Wi-fi is fab and had no issues with streaming movies in the evenings.

Location

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
