Perfect for couples with four-legged friends, Pitslewren Cottage is the ideal countryside retreat. Situated in the west of Cornwall, this cosy cottage is close to the coast, offering many opportunities to explore the stunning county as well as its rugged coastline.

The dark exposed beams of the property bring out its charming character with the surrounding countryside reflected in the furnishing inside, dotted with natural-finish wooden furniture. The lounge-diner boasts an exposed wood burner effect electric fire, great for those cosy winter evenings. The exposed beams follow into the upstairs bedroom with high slanted ceilings and large windows, giving the room a bright airiness in which to unwind and sink into ‘holiday mode'.

Surrounded by peaceful farmland and rolling countryside, this property is so tranquil that you'll never want to leave. However, Pitslewren Cottage is close to many of Cornwall's top attractions, such as the Eden Project, only 30 miles away, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden in nearby St. Ives (an 18-mile drive away), and the many National Trust locations and surf schools of Newquay, a 17-mile drive away. The town of St. Agnes, only 4 miles away, is a must for many visitors, offering a host of independent shops, the opportunity to try your hand at canoeing or coasteering, or simply a visit to one of its four beaches that are all less than 10 miles away.

Sandra and Barry , the owners , are lovely people , we had no issues but certainly im sure , nothing would be a problem, a lovely QUIET !! rural setting .. totally what 2 city hospital nurses needed . Very central for St Ives , Truro, Perranporth... St Agnes .. Deffinately will be going back ... Lastly !!! .... theres a slow cooker !!! I was made uRead morep ... This is a querkie little cottage set in a quiet country location central for all of Cornwall, you have all you need for a relaxing break and the owner couldn't have been more obliging.

Another lovely holiday at Pitslewren Cottage, we always really look forward to relaxing here at this cosy cottage and Sandra and Barry are great hosts. Its a wonderful base for visiting so many places and there are plenty of walks to take your dogs.
