A fabulous large house with private hot tub and plenty of outdoor space, nestled in a quiet location perfect for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. A perfect base for larger families or a group of friends to enjoy a relaxing break.

This fabulous house is close to the beautiful villages of Minions, St Cleer and Crow’s Nest where you'll find local inns and farm shops. The nearest town is the lovely Cornish market town of Liskeard which has all the amenities one could ask for. To the north, lies Bodmin Moor which has many  fantastic walks and views over the old mining engine houses that symbolise Cornwall’s proud past. To the south, is the coast with sandy beaches and the delightful villages of Looe and Polperro a short drive away. Many sheltered coves and harbours can be found along the coastal walks along the South West Coast Path. Other attractions nearby include the Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway Adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and, for cyclists, Cardinham Woods with mountain bike trails running through wooded slopes.

Enter the spacious porch with beautiful, tiled flooring. Follow on from the porch and past the downstairs WC, you will enter the first of two living rooms. This room features a Smart TV and plenty of room to sit and relax after a day of exploring. Following on through a small hallway into the kitchen/diner the spacious kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a storm with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer. The seating area is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Off the kitchen is a utility with a washer/dryer and plenty of drying space for clothing. Moving back out into the hallway you will find a games room complete with seating and a games console, ideal for occupying the children. Further along, you will come to a second living room which boasts access out onto the garden via a patio door and Smart TV. Making your way back through the first living room and up the oak staircase the first of the four bedrooms is a double and has a TV with Freeview and fitted wardrobes. Across the hall is the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The next bedroom along this corridor is a light and bright king-size with dual aspect, en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Further down the hallway and up a step is a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be arranged as a twin on request) and TV with Freeview. The last of the four bedrooms is another super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be arranged as a twin on request) with fitted wardrobes, dual aspect, and TV with Freeview.

Outside there is a large, fully enclosed garden over two tiers - the lower tier has pretty plants and a well maintained lawned area; the private hot tub is on this level, as well as a play house for the children. The upper tier is a spacious patio area with a built in BBQ and ample dining furniture. There is private parking for 4 cars.

A wonderfully spacious property with everything we needed and more. The hot tub and games room meant we had the most relaxed holiday! Location was quiet but within minutes of so many places of interest and shops. An absolutely perfect cottage. So spacious, comfortable and clean. We had an amazing time using the house as a base for exploring Cornwall and enjoyed coming back each day to relax in the hot tub and cook a meal in the lovely social space. Thank you.

Absolutely loved our stay. Mandy and Kelvin were so helpful and friendly and always on hand. Holiday home is immaculate. Hot tub was very welcome too! Perfect holiday apart from the British weather!!

Beautiful cottage with lots to do in surrounding areas. Kids loved hot tub. Flowers and basket of goodies were a lovely gesture. Crows nest pub worth a visit. Will definitely visit again

This is a beautifully restored cottage on the edge of the moors. It is well equipped and the rooms are spacious. The garden is safe for both children and dogs. Thank you for everything. We had a great holiday in an area we had previously always "driven through"!

Cottage very cosy & well situated for both moorland walks or the coast. The hot tub was a bonus as was the enclosed garden for children & dogs. We would certainly stay there again.
