I know Porth very well having come here since being a child at least once a year and usually stay in the Porth Veor Manor apartments but since getting a dog we've stayed in the Beach House nearby. This is a nice little flat which was clean and tidy and pretty well equipped. It is very handy for Porth Beach. The nearby road is very busy in the summer, even through the night. Would probably stay here again if recommended improvements were made.

The location to the beach is fantastic, the property was very clean and a good level of equipment. Unfortunately the building next door is off putting hence no photos of the outside, but the people living there are very friendly.

The apartment is ideally situated within less than a 1-minute walk to Porth Beach. The apartment is comfortable and clean, well equipped and has Wi-Fi which was certainly a benefit. We stayed there with our 6-year old daughter and it worked well for the three of us. Easy to find and access. comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay wonderful view of beach from balcony and within walking distance. Close to centre of Newquay and several supermarkets. 10 minute walk to choice of eating places. Overall really pleasant stay with no problems.

We were very comfortable in the cottage and appreciated the cleanliness. One of the light-bulbs in the sitting room was fused and we had no hot water at first. We needed to ask a permanent resident in the complex to rectify that for us, and he did so very well.

This property is great. The location is amazing. Very close to the beach. Nice and cosy. Great tea house just next door. Good view from the balcony too. Would definitely revisit this property in the future.

Apartment was in a great position for beach and also situated well for touring the area. Road running past apartment quite busy and a little noisy at times but didnt affect holiday.

We had a great holiday the apartment was small and cosy for 3 of us but was clean tidy and well equipped. It was really close to porth beach and a lovely tearoom called Gweenas. My only criticism is there is a busy road outside but would not put us off from returning again.

Really good holiday and location is great apart from the road noise. Apartment perfect for 3 but has just changed hands and needs some TLC. Parking space was a godsend as we stayed in school holidays so very busy. 2 minute walk downhill to beach and 10 minutes to the pub. Would return

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
