Three-storey detached family house located at the heart of the attractive town of Marazion, with panoramic views of Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount due to the reverse layout.
This immaculately presented, detached, family house in the heart of the beautiful town of Marazion boasts one of the most iconic Cornish views: St Michael's Mount. With its stunning, panoramic views of Mounts Bay, the sandy beach within 1 mile, and the shops, art galleries and restaurants of Marazion on its doorstep, this home will allow you to make the most of your Cornish holiday.
To capitalise on the spectacular views, this ‘upside-down' house has the main living area on the second floor, where you will find large windows appearing to frame St Michael's Mount as it emerges from the rooftops below. This view can admired from the balconies, allowing you to soak up the Cornish ambience from the comfort of your holiday home. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen is contemporary and stylish.
The tidal island of St Michael's Mount (National Trust) is a must if you're staying here. At low tide, you can walk across the causeway before ascending the hill up to the castle. Alternatively, you can get a short boat ride across. Marazion itself is a thriving tourist town with plenty to see and do. If you fancy venturing further afield, be sure to visit the stunning beaches of Sennen and Porthcurno with their white sand and blue sea (both 13 miles away). The typical Cornish fishing villages of Newlyn (5 miles) and Mousehole (pronounced Mowzel!) (9 miles) are also well worth a visit for a taste of Cornwall at its best.
