You can either take the passenger ferry across to the seaside village of Fowey with shops and restaurants or venture a little further afield on the small ferry and visit Mevagissey. For a fun-filled day out explore one of the many attractions, including Hangloose Adventures, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan or Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark. For the walkers and nature lovers enjoy a day out at one of the many beaches on the Cornish coast or venture along one of the coastal footpaths.

Heading back to the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the ground floor, here you will find the four stylish bedrooms. Two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom and two single bedrooms, one with an additional single chair bed (must be request upon booking) and one with a door leading to the decked garden. Completing the lower level is the newly refurbished family shower room and WC.
Heading outside to the balcony, from the lounge/diner, you can sit and enjoy the views whilst relaxing on the garden furniture. There is also a decked garden area to the front of the property with a pond, regret no children under 7 years, older children will need to be supervised when using this area. There is private parking for three cars to the front of the property.
