Couldn't fault accommodation had everything you needed and more. The bedding and pillows were top hotel quality and the soaps a nice touch.

Our family holiday at Swallows Rest was amazing, it had everything and more that we could have possibly wished for. The house, games room and outside space is stunning and in the perfect location to explore the Cornish coast and the surrounding moors. We booked this for my husbands 60th Birthday to spend time with our family, our children, their partners and our 4 Grandchildren and it was the perfect property! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you can possibly need, bedrooms were beautiful and a very large lounge. Our favourite room though was the games room in the converted barRead moren, we spent most of our time in here! Wow! What a fantastic holiday cottage that the owner Suzie rented out to us. We were a 3 generation family (13 people) visiting with 4 dogs and we had an amazing stay. Suzie was such a thoughtful and considerate host, the cottage had plenty of space, the rooms were large that we never felt we were crowded, yet managed to keep a real family feel to Read moreit. Swallows Rest is a fabulous cottage that is extremely well equipped with everything and more that you need. From the games room with huge choices of DVDs and games for rainy days to the crockery in the kitchen. The cottage has everything you need, comfort, large kitchen for the number it holds, good size bedrooms, super games room, out door seating area with pizza oven. We had a really amazing time at Swallows Rest. The cottage has everything you would need. Suzie was fantastic host and went the extra mile to make sure we were well looked after. We even had the opportunity to explore her Children nursery and mini farm and was able to pick freshly grew fruit and veg. Would highly recommend this place.

Had the most amazing week at Swallows Rest. Fantastic holiday home with everything you need .The garden is a lovely outside space and the games room is amazing . The house itself is stunning and so well equipped and comfortable. Its a great place to stay to explore Cornwall and we visited Bude ,Port Isaac and Padstow all within easy reach. Suzie the owner made us feel very welcome. The house is located just if the A30 so very accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. The zip and link bedroom downstairs is located next to the shower room and toilet which was perfect. We had an amazing time because the house was so spacious with also so many wonderful features. The outdoor areas are amazing where you can relax whilst also being able to Braai/BBQ and cook pizza's in an outdoor Cob Oven which is a great experience in itself. A fabulous holiday home for a large family or reunion. All bedrooms are a good size, each with ensuite or adjacent bathroom. The huge farmhouse kitchen is delightful with space to get everyone together around a dining table which easily accommodates 10 people and the living room is similarly proportioned with plenty of seating.
