Take a hand-held stroll to Penzance's seafront with its charming harbour and esplanade, less than half a mile away, where you can savour a clotted cream ice cream or take a refreshing dip in the 1930's Lido. A minute's walk from the apartment brings you to Morrab Gardens, a sub-tropical oasis where all manner of exotic plants thrive, or if you fancy venturing further there are many more places of interest to visit including St. Michael's Mount (6 miles), Mousehole (3 miles) and Newlyn (1 mile) with their incredible fish restaurants. Sennen Cove, St Ives and the Minack Theatre all within 9 miles too.

Fantastic apartment, great location with every single amenity you could possibly think of needing contained within it. The apartment was spotless and a pleasure to spend a week in. Central to the seafront, good restaurants, bus station and train station.

Fantastic apartment and we will definitely be back again! Couldnt have asked for more. Fully equipped with everything you need, we took our one year old son and it was perfect. So clean, so easy and an absolute delight. This is a 5* apartment for sure. Best place we have ever stayed in! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :)

Deborah is a wonderful host. Its hard to improve on perfection. Deborahs Bowler Hat was exceptional. Every comfort, amenity, indulgence one could imagine. Location is ideal, quiet, great view, handy to town, great off street parking

The apartment was beautiful with lovely views out of every window, many of which are sea views. Every room is extremely well equipped to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, I wouldn't hesitate in booking the Bowler Hat again and would certainly recommend it!

This apartment is spacious and the decor is absolutely beautiful. You had everything you needed and more here. It was so clean and the host was so welcoming and friendly. 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area of Cornwall!

A very well equipped apartment in a superb location. The owner, Deborah, was lovely & when called upon for help was very pleasant & efficient. It's obviously at the best end of Penzance with just a short walk to the town center or nearby Newlyn. We will definitely be back.
