Spacious, well-appointed in a reasonable location, we had a good holiday, but several things let it down. Generally clean, but one or two pockets of dust (our headboard and bedside lightshade) and the travel cot could have been cleaner. No instructions to operate the central heating and expected to take your recycling to Bude (one site had closed dRead moreown delaying our journey home!). Grateful for toys for toddler, but garden is at top of steep flight of steps. No refreshments on arrival. Hide

Charming house with good downstairs space. Great kitchen area with dining table and space to sit and relax which meant everyone stayed together. Relaxing time had by all. Nearby beaches were great we were able to have long walks and go surfing. A great holiday had by all.

This is a lovely property with a great level of equipment in the kitchen which kept our two 'chefs' occupied. The facilities for our 9 month old granddaughter were excellent and made things so easy. The secure garden with different levels as well as a separate patio and barbeque area made this our best family holiday so far.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
