A stunning property with a stunning view which suited 10 adults - 5 couples. We really enjoyed our stay not a lot of amenities in Polruan although very quaint and so the short ferry trip needed for shops. We found we needed to travel for beaches via the car ferry at Boddinick.A very steep climb back to the property from the passenger ferry by foot Read more(definitely tests the fitness!) but we managed it but not for anyone with mobility issues.Other than a few negs overall a lovely week enjoyed by all. Fantastic holiday. The house made it really special for us all. As described with every creature comfort. Very clean. Our mini dachshund had no problem navigating the stairs and all levels. Ideal for the harbour area and ferry. Amazing views. Thank you

Very nice house in a good location although hard to get about because of narrow lanes and the estuary to drive around. The description of ample parking was a major let down as there was only one dedicated parking spot due to double garage being out of bounds. This meant our classic cars were left further away from the house than we normally would lRead moreike. The house is in need of a few minor repairs to justify the price. Hide

We had an wonderful time staying at the Glass House. The house had a stunning interior with amazing views over to Fowey. It keeps you fit as Polruan has some steep hills but worth every step.

This a fantastic house, with so much light and clever design features. The pictures do not do the size of the house and the view justice. The terrace is very sheltered and catches the sun all afternoon and evening making it the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. It is a quick (but steep) 5/10 min walk to the harbour with 2 lovely pubRead mores, 2 bakery's and a well stocked shop. Paddle boarding and walking from the bay was brilliant also. We will hopefully be back again soon! Hide

It is a lovely, modern house with great views and facilities. We loved sitting on the terrace or in the hot tub at sunset. Cinema room great for the kids. SW coastal path only 5 mins walk away. The stairs in the property are awkward, so people who struggle with them should probably avoid this place. Absolutely amazing house. The views are breathtaking from almost every room. The property is very well equipped and suited all our needs perfectly. The location is excellent, (but beware the steep hill down to the harbour) close to the village centre but also very private. We didn't want to leave and have already booked next year. North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
