Lovely little place to stay for a few days . Our stay was made better by the glorious weather , which meant we could make use of the lovely outside area & hot tub . If the weather hadnt been as good we may have felt isolated as there is no where to walk to , for eg ; shops or a pub, cafe etc . Car essential . We found the property fitted out to a very high standard and with full instructions on how to use all the equipment, including the hot tub. Small, what some may feel insignificant, touches were very welcome after a long drive, the scones with jam and cream and a pint of milk in the fridge, treat bag for the dog and a personal welcome from the ownerRead more all made the start of our break so much better. We had a great stay, our dog loved it also. It is a great cozy place to come back to after a long day of exploring but bring your wellies as it is a working farm and it can be muddy. There are some great walks close by with some lovely views. I would highly recommend.

The cottage was small but adequate for a week stay for a couple for a weekend/week. The Hot tub and garden made up for the lack of space inside. We had great weather so could be in the garden for the majority of the week.

Overall the cottage was situated very well for access to many costal destinations, most of which were within 30 - 40 min drive. It is very rural, but this meant there was little distraction during the evenings. It is small, but suitable for a couple on a short stay. The saving grace was the hot tub, which we used every evening.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
