Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

Walking through the dining room leads to a fabulous kitchen/diner and snug lounge – well fitted and equipped in a shaker style with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and large American style fridge/freezer. A large farmhouse table makes for easy, less formal mealtimes. The snug area is a warm and comfy space with stone fireplace and wood burner, sofas and chairs and wall mounted TV. Separate WC and boot room. Heading back to the hallway there is the sitting room to the left of the entrance with a Smart TV. Back to the entrance hall the glamorous winding staircase leads to a half landing level where you have a zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a super-king double on request).
