Perfectly placed, close to the sandy beach at Crooklets and the vibrant coastal town of Bude - which boasts an array of local amenities, a canal, and the beautiful beaches of Summerleaze, Sandymouth, Northcott and Duckpool - are all close by. The area is also a walker’s paradise, with access to the South West Coast Path, at the bottom of the road, on which you can head north into Devon and visit the peaceful Hawkers Hut and stunning church at Morwenstow, or south towards Crackington Haven. There is an array of picturesque fishing villages and coves waiting to be explored, these include Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, a popular foodie destination. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Hartland Quay, Bodmin Moor, Tintagel with the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, and The Eden Project.

The well thought out first floor accommodation offers a lounge/diner with comfy seating to relax in after a busy day at the beach whilst catching up on a favourite program on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom comprises of a king-size bed along with en-suite walk in shower and WC. Heading back down to the ground floor, you will find a shared utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a wet suit drying area together with a shower room to wash off in after a day on the beach. Furry friends are also catered for with a fabulous dog bath and grooming room.

Outside is a shared terrace area to the front of the property with seating, and offers a great space to relax and take in the views over the golf course and down to the beach. The off road parking to the front of the property is limited and on a first come first serve basis, alternatively, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display parking in the beach car park very close by.
