6 luxury barn conversions full of charm in a beautiful river valley setting and providing a wonderful base for visiting Cornwall and Devon. Various leisure facilities on site such as heated outdoor swimming pool and Classic British Motorcycle rally. Beach 12 miles, supermarket 4 miles and pub 3 miles.

One of six traditional country farmhouses bursting with rustic charm and characterful features. Nature lovers will adore the on-site wildlife hide where you can view lesser-spotted woodland creatures like foxes, otters and badgers. You can see even more wildlife on the TV feed to your cottage of phenomena like swallows' eggs hatching or baby bats taking flight for the first time.

With excellent shared extras, this large cottage is a just choice for an extended family break or a friends' reunion. Children will love competing against the adults in the games room or playing amongst themselves in the sandpit. Saving the best for last, its more than possible to hire the owner's classic motorbikes for a spin, try clay pigeon shooting, fly and coarse fishing, or simply luxuriate in the shared outdoor swimming pool.

Despite the raft of great on-site activities to try your hand at there are still many compelling reasons to explore the North Cornwall coast. Located half-way between Launceston and Crackington Haven, some of the most popular surfing spots like Bude and Widemouth Bay (both under 16 miles) are within easy driving distance. The hugely popular Eden Project (33.5 miles) is a must for any trip to Cornwall, with features to engage fans of outdoor activities, nature and science.

Fabulous! So well equipped inside and out, such lovely grounds, pool, firepit, sand park, etc! Bliss. Immaculate, charming, and such helpful hosts. Perfect. Wed love to come back, and having the games room, pizza oven and some farm tours on again when its safe would be the icing on the cake!

Lovely rural location. Accommodation fully equipped, very clean and tidy and owners very friendly and helpful. It's a working farm so we were able to feed chickens and lambs and had freshly laid eggs. Saw a lamb being born which was amazing. Ideally situated for north coast beaches and local amenities only a few miles away. Definitely recommed and Read morewill be returning. Hide

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
