A fantastic, tranquil, rural location with stunning views of the countryside. The perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore the southern coast.

Situated on the outskirts of Herodsfoot, in the middle of the countryside where keen walkers can enjoy the Deer Park Forest only 1 mile away and also the nearby West Looe Valley Trail. As well as Looe, there are several other interesting towns and villages in the local area, including Polperro, with its restaurants, craft galleries, sandy beach, tidal pool, and pleasure boat trips. Or why not visit the coast where several beaches are a short drive away? A little further, but still within easy reach, the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area along with the fantastic Adrenalin Quarry for a bit of adventure.

Enter into the large spacious hallway with a stunning tiled floor with space to hang coats and hats. To your right you will find the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wine fridge and freezer, this room has plenty of space to dry clothing. Following on through from the utility room is a separate WC and boot room, the perfect place to leave muddy boots after a long stomp around the countryside. Back out to the hallway you’ll find the large, spacious and open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with magnificent views out onto the garden. The kitchen boasts a wonderful large island with bar stools, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The dining area has seating for eight people and is a light and bright space to enjoy a meal. The lounge area has comfy seating with Smart TV, the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite programs. Moving up the staircase you will find four bedrooms all with views over the countryside. The first is a spacious king-size bedroom, next door you will find the second is a twin bedroom, across the hall you will come to the stylish bathroom with free-standing bath and WC. Moving along the hallway, the next room is a spacious double bedroom with views over the countryside and again plenty of light. The final room on this floor is the super-king-size room featuring dual aspect, stunning rural views. It boasts a spectacular en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and WC.

Outside there is a large, enclosed, grassed area with play facilities and a hot tub. There is also a large patio area with garden furniture. Both can be accessed via the kitchen and lounge. There is private off-road parking for four cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Such a beautiful cottage set in the most beautiful grounds. Fantastic living space and all bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard. There is a separate oven and induction hob which I was pleased to find as was worried about how to work the aga. Sitting in the jacuzzi after a busy day watching the sunset sky was just wonderful. We had a fantastic stay at West Park. The cottage and grounds were beautiful along with the addition of the childrens play area our boys had a brilliant time!! The bedrooms are a fantastic size with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were brilliantly equipped. We would definitely be back in a heart beat we had a much needed week away!

A truly beautiful and immaculate cottage located in a peaceful and very private setting, with stunning views, yet close to amenities and easy access to touring other parts of Cornwall. We loved the Victoria Sponge, tea, milk, eggs and wine which were provided by the owners on arrival; such a lovely gesture. We all slept very well in the very comfy Read morebeds too! Beautiful house set in the most peaceful location. A Few minutes drive in the lovely town of Looe, but far enough out to experience escapism and peace.

The house is beautiful and in a peaceful, country location by Deerpark. The night sky is stunning. There is everything you need in the kitchen (the oven doubles as a microwave). The interior is very tastefully finished to a high standard, with some fun, quirky artwork, and is spotlessly clean. Fabulous house and grounds. Our group included a family of 4(children aged 3 and 7 who loved the playground, trampoline and hot tub) and both sets of grandparents. Plus our 2 dogs. It was perfect for all our needs. The owners are lovely and very helpful, especially when we had car problems and needed a good local garage. Quiet location with countryside views, spacious, homely and comfortable. Hot tub provided some extra relaxation at the end of each day. Hosts were super welcoming and the homemade cake and goodies were a lovely touch.

A fantastic place to spend quality time with your family or friends. The outside space was amazing the children and dog loved it! Fantastic welcome gifts, would highly recommend.
