This delightful property nestles next to the owners’ home in a beautiful garden setting just a few miles from the North Cornwall coast, and provides a perfect base for couples looking to relax and unwind.

Nothing happened by chance in this intricately detailed studio cottage less than 3 miles from the coast. With plenty to discover both near and far, here you can spend a quiet afternoon by the pond reading a good book, or stretch your legs along the South West Coast Path and take in the sea view. With original stone flooring and walls stylishly incorporated throughout, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a grand freestanding bath, the result is all-out country charm. Of course, there are the added creature comforts to make returning home from a day of exploring extra appealing; open the double skylight windows for a cool evening breeze after a long walk, or start up the wood burner and settle in after a good soak in the country-style bathroom.

Sandy beaches and coves are plentiful in the area, with something special waiting to be found in every direction. For the local pub and tea room, head toward the coast for less than a mile to the nearby village of Shop. 10 miles south you'll find the seaside town of Bude, home to the Bude Tidal Pool and fantastic opportunities for watersports. If you take advantage of the A39 you'll make quick work of exploring Cornwall at large. The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, Port Isaac, and St Ives are just a few of the Cornish treasures within reach.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

North Cornwall

Embark on clifftop wanderings along the South West Coast Path to discover ancient myths and legends; King Arthur at Tintagel Castle, or the giant at the Bedruthan Steps. Surfers flock here to ride the famous swell that carved the dramatic coastline, and Bude and Newquay are havens for the sport. From sandy bays and beaches to the seafood delights of Padstow or thrills of Camel Creek Adventure Park, North Cornwall is brimming with things to do; trails to trek, cream teas to gobble, and adventure to be had.

West Cornwall

Let the history, romance and raw beauty of West Cornwall whisk you through time, into rocky coves and along sweeping sands to Land’s End where the UK slips into the Atlantic. Discover an oasis of flora owed to the rare geology of the Lizard peninsula. You can kayak around Godrevy Island, wander the galleries of St Ives, catch a performance at the open-air Minack Theatre, and still make it to Marazion for dinner: St Michael’s Mount makes the ultimate backdrop.

South Cornwall

Tucked away from the swell of the Atlantic pretty fishing harbours sleep, and lush carpets of greenery roll up to craggy cliffs. Discover the fishing and smuggling history in Kingsand and Cawsand, or walk the South West Coast Path from Fowey to the tiny tidal beach at Readymoney Cove. Sample local ales in St Austell before visiting Charlestown’s tall ships, the enchantments of the Eden Project, or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. From vibrant towns to secret beaches and exhilarating days out, the south has it all.
