Well, thankfully there are still buildings and sites which allow us a glimpse into what life in Cornwall was like throughout the ages – including the oldest pub in Cornwall, built way back in the 11th century by monks!

That's not the only fascinating facet we've found, though. From the oldest family business in Cornwall to the oldest quarry in the world, here are 10 of the county's oldest and most fascinating landmarks:
